I often try to do too much and exhaust myself. I still feel a bit strange but diligence and efforts are what I can value much less so that I can be happier.
Even good things turn sour when these obsess us... These things become slave drivers that force us to work too much too long. Then they are not good any longer.
But these moral things are the hardest to unlearn.

some obsessions are a must. life would be so dull if you did not have a ritual coffee in the morning, or your heart wouldn't stop beating at the sight or hear of your favourite actor/artist. or if you did not have poeple/habits in life which you just couldn't do without.
I have many obsessions, cravings, crazes.. whatever you call them. some are sweet and turn sour, some are sour and turn sweet and some just end bitterly... i call this a happy life!

Maybe I should have been more specific. Obsession to morality is more likely to hurt a person than help him...
